GHOST ALIGNER THERMAL PLIERS

Informazioni tecniche

Pinze in acciaio inossidabile AISI 410 – 420 che consentono di creare ganci per l’uso di trazioni elastiche o possono essere utilizzate per attivazioni più o meno importanti sugli allineatori dentali.

Applicazioni

• Creazione di uncini per l’utilizzo di trazioni elastiche
• Creazione di attivazioni per il controllo di rotazioni, asse, traslazioni, ecc
• Creazione e taglio di bottoni per ottimizzare la ritenzione di eventuali ausiliari

NOTA: Si consiglia di scaldare lo strumento con una minitorcia per facilitare la modifica, facendo attenzione a non bucare il materiale.

Sterilizzazione

• Pre-pulire gli strumenti usando una soluzione ultra sonica di alta qualità che sia a pH neutro e che contenga inibitori di ruggine. L'uso di acqua distillata fornirà un'ulteriore protezione contro ruggine e scolorimento.
• Asciugare completamente i giunti con aria compressa e asciugamano asciutto.
• Mettere gli strumenti non imballati sul piatto con la mascella aperta. Evitare il contatto strumento-strumento.
• Azionare il ciclo di sterilizzazione a 134 °C (275 °F) per 3 minuti (autoclave). Fare riferimento agli strumenti della marca e modello che si utilizza.
• Lubrificare i giunti.

NOTA: Tutte le pinze sono realizzate in acciaio inossidabile AISI 410, 420 e sono coperte da garanzia di 1 anno dalla data di acquisto.

GHOST ALIGNER THERMAL PLIERS

Technical information

Pliers in AISI 410 – 420 stainless steel that allow you to create hooks for the use of elastic tractions or can be used for more or less important activations on dental aligners.

PRODUCT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE

Applications

• Creation of hooks for the use of elastic tractions
• Creation of activations for the control of rotations, axis, translations, etc
• Creation and cutting of buttons to optimize the retention of any auxiliaries

NOTA: It is advisable to heat the tool with a mini torch to facilitate modification, being careful not to puncture the material.

Sterilization

• Pre-clean instruments using a high quality ultra sonic solution that is pH neutral and contain rust inhibitors. The use of distilled water will provide further protection against rust and discoloration.
• Dry joints throughly with compressed air and towel dry.
• Place unwrapped instruments flat on tray with jaw open. Avoid instruments-to-instruments contact.
• Operate sterilization cycle at 134 °C (275 °F) for 3 minutes (autoclave). Refer to the instrutions of the brand and model you use.
• Lubrificate Joints.

NOTE: All pliers are made from AISI 410, 420 Type stainless steel materials and they are under warranty for 1 year from the date of your purchase.
